Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Starter plan is $0/month with 3 video imports and 10 short-form outputs per month. No credit card required, no time limit.
What does BYOK pricing actually mean?
BYOK = Bring Your Own Key. You add your OpenAI / Anthropic / Google API key to your workspace, and Clipflow uses it to generate captions, hooks, and outputs. You pay your AI provider directly at cost — Clipflow adds zero markup on AI tokens. Most creators see ~30–60% lower AI spend vs credit-based competitors.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly billing?
Yes, anytime. Switching to yearly applies the lower per-month rate immediately and prorates the difference against your remaining term.
Are there any usage limits on Creator or Studio?
No volume caps. Creator and Studio both ship with unlimited video imports, unlimited short-form outputs, and unlimited renders — the only difference is agency tooling (multiple client workspaces, team seats with roles, white-label review portal, audit log). The Starter plan does cap at 3 imports and 10 outputs per month for evaluation. We can do unlimited because every paid AI provider runs on your own key (BYOK), so heavy usage costs Clipflow nothing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Two clicks. Your clips stay accessible, billing stops immediately, and we issue a 14-day full refund if you cancel within the first 14 days of any plan.
Do agency plans include client billing?
Studio plan covers unlimited client workspaces under one Clipflow subscription. Clients never see a Clipflow invoice — you bill them through your own agency contract. White-label review links keep client-facing surfaces on your brand, not ours.
Are there discounts for nonprofits or education?
