Clips made with Clipflow for our own channels
One TED talk went in. Nothing on this page is a mockup, and nothing is a customer we don’t have — Clipflow launched in 2026 and is founder-run, so the numbers below are simply what that recording produced.
Those are the three steps in the product, and the only three you touch.

A YouTube URL, a podcast episode, an MP4, or a script you typed.

Clips and captions land on one page, each scored 0 to 100 with a reason.

Clipflow posts to six platforms on the dates you set.

The work after the cut is where the week goes: writing for each platform, reframing, approvals, scheduling.

Clipflow is a multi-client content operations platform: one recording becomes a month of platform-native posts — AI finds the best moments, writes captions in each brand’s own voice, reframes per platform, and publishes to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn (X and Pinterest too via your own connections).
The Agency plan starts at $199/month — or $159/month billed annually — with up to 5 client brands and unlimited seats. The rungs above it are the same product with a bigger roster, not a longer feature list: no tool is withheld from the plan that pays more, so what the extra money buys is client brands and the monthly volume that serves them — 130 videos and 2,000 posts a month on the entry rung, 330 and 5,000 on the top one. That works out to about $20 per brand a month at 20 brands. You move up or down a rung from billing whenever your roster changes. Every account starts with 7 free days — no card.
Yes. The Creator plan ($29/month, $23 billed annually) runs one brand through the exact same engine — clip finding, brand-voice captions, face-tracking reframe, and native publishing to all six platforms.
For agencies, yes — Clipflow adds what clippers stop short of: a separate workspace per client brand (5 where the Agency ladder starts, no cap at all at the top), per-client brand voice, a white-label approval portal, and native auto-publishing. Solo creators get the same full pipeline on the Creator plan.
No. We read 6+ months of each client’s posts and write in their exact words, rhythm, and the rules they never break.
Four out of the box — TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels & Carousels, and LinkedIn — each natively uploaded, never cross-posted (the algorithms punish that). X and Pinterest publish as extras via your own connections (your X API keys or your Upload-Post profile).
As many as your rung carries — 5 client brands where the Agency ladder starts, no cap at all on Agency Group at the top. Every brand gets the same vault on every rung — its own voice, brand kit, channels, and white-label approval portal, with nothing bleeding between clients — and no rung charges a per-client fee. Climbing the ladder adds roster room and the monthly processing volume to serve it, never a feature you were missing.
No. You approve every post before it goes out — nothing publishes on its own. Schedule it for later or send it immediately, but the call is always yours.
No — there is no key to connect. Transcription, clipping, and captions run on Clipflow’s own keys, and the plan price is the whole AI bill: no credits to buy, no per-clip or per-minute charge on top. Each plan includes a set amount of processing every month — 5 hours of audio on Creator, 17.5 where the Agency ladder starts and 44.1 at the top — so what you get is a stated number, not a fair-use clause.
One click in settings. Your clips, captions, and brand kits stay forever — no lock-in, no surprise charges.
