What does Clipflow actually do?
Clipflow is a multi-client content-operations platform: it takes one long recording (podcast, webinar, YouTube or Loom URL, or an uploaded file), finds the clip-worthy moments with AI, reframes them to vertical, writes captions in each brand’s own voice, and schedules or publishes them to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, X, and Pinterest.
What is included on every plan?
Multi-platform publishing to TikTok, Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, X, and Pinterest; Brand Voice training on past posts; auto-subtitles in 50+ languages; and AI included in every plan — no key to connect and no separate AI bill.
Which features are Agency-plan only?
The multi-client layer: unlimited isolated client workspaces, unlimited team seats with Editor/Reviewer/Client roles, the white-label client review portal, the workspace audit log, trending TikTok sounds in the video picker, and 150 Compose videos per month. Agency is $199/month, or $159/month billed yearly.
Does Clipflow replace my scheduler?
For publishing repurposed clips and posts — yes: scheduling and auto-publish to all six platforms is built in, so most users drop Buffer or Hootsuite for that workflow. If you need a standalone analytics-heavy social suite with inbox and listening, a dedicated scheduler is still the better tool.
