The bet

The next generation of creator tooling won’t win on individual feature parity. It’ll win on workflow consolidation — every step from “long recording in” to “scheduled posts published” living under one roof, one brand voice, one calendar. The economics work because BYOK pricing means the AI cost layer isn’t the moat anymore — the workflow is.

The product

Clipflow takes one long recording (podcast, interview, talk, webinar, livestream) and produces a month of platform-native short-form posts — captions in your brand voice, full Brand Kit on every render, A/B-tested hooks, and direct publish to TikTok / Instagram / YouTube / LinkedIn / X. Agencies get the Studio plan with white-label client review and unlimited client workspaces.

What we won’t do

• Mark up AI tokens. BYOK is a structural commitment, not a feature flag. As model prices fall, our customers capture the full discount — not us.
• Fabricate reviews or testimonials. Every review on third-party sites comes from a verified user. AggregateRating schema only activates when we have ≥20 real reviews. No exceptions, even if it costs us SEO positioning in the short term.
• Hold raw recordings. Source files are deleted after 30 days by default. Clips + transcripts persist as long as your workspace does.
• Ship templated captions and call them “AI brand voice.” Brand voice means trained on YOUR posts. Generic openers are a no.

Video rendering via Shotstack + Replicate. We document tooling decisions publicly because content-tool buyers care about the stack they’re inheriting.
