Send approved posts live
Approve, then publish — one post or everything at once.
Open a video and follow Review & publish under its clips — or Review all on the dashboard for every video at once. Approve what you want to go out, then hit Publish on the post itself — or use Send now in the bar under the board to send everything approved in one go, with an undo window before it fires.
Posts go out through the channels this client workspace has connected. Instagram and YouTube connect in one click, right on the post or under Settings → Channels, and receive the clip itself. Facebook takes no clips: a clip is never posted there. TikTok and Pinterest post the clip through an Upload-Post account connected to this workspace, and so does LinkedIn once LinkedIn is linked in that account — the one-click LinkedIn connection under Settings posts the caption as text only. X gets a clip only through Upload-Post, and only when no own X API keys are stored; your own X keys post text. Without a connected channel nothing can go out. The Published page is your receipt: what went live, what failed and why, with a retry right on the row.
