Invite team members + set roles
Three roles: editor, reviewer, client.
Switch into the workspace from the picker in the top bar, then open Settings → Workspace and hit Open team next to Members.
Enter the teammate's email, pick a role:
- Editor — full access to content, drafts, publishing
- Reviewer — sees everything, changes nothing
- Client — read-only seat for client stakeholders; for approvals alone, the no-login review link needs no seat at all
They get an email with a one-click accept link. No Clipflow account needed upfront — they sign up from the invite itself.
