BYOK Simplification + HeyGen Avatar Migration

- NEWAI Avatar migrated from D-ID to HeyGen — same talking-head feature, sharper lip-sync, BYOK key on your own HeyGen account
- IMPROVEDAI Keys page simplified — OpenAI is the single LLM provider now (was OpenAI/Anthropic/Google). Whisper transcription needs OpenAI anyway, so one key now powers everything
- IMPROVEDAuto-Dub auto-retries with watermark=true for free-tier ElevenLabs accounts (Creator+ keeps clean output)
- IMPROVEDReframe pre-flight rejects clips longer than 30s before sending to Luma — saves a useless 30s round-trip and shows a clear "trim a highlight clip first" hint
- FIXEDShotstack render submission: callback URL moved to top-level body, dropped invalid `priority` field — clears the "Validation failed for output" rejection
