White-label

A SaaS feature where the customer can rebrand the customer-facing surface of a product (review portals, client dashboards, share links) with their own branding instead of the SaaS provider's.

White-labelling lets a SaaS customer (typically an agency) replace the SaaS provider's branding with their own on customer-facing surfaces — usually the client-review portal, share links, and (sometimes) the entire dashboard. For agencies, white-label is critical because clients should never see the underlying tooling — they see the agency's brand and workflow. White-label features that matter in content repurposing: review portals (where clients approve drafts), share links for sample work, and PDF / video export branding. White-label is usually a higher-tier plan feature because it requires more infrastructure (custom domains, brand-config-aware rendering).
